If you and your family are planning to eat, please fill out the form below.

 

A Requested contribution for the meal is $4.00 per person (7 years of age and up, 6 and under eat for free) which can be paid that evening or you may mail your check for all meals to the church office.  Please be sure to note Lenten meals on the check.
