WELCA News - November 2019

Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

This verse speaks the truth. When planning and hosting an event such as the Epiphany Conference or the Reformation Sunday Coffee Hour, it is easy. Everyone pitches in and we work together as one. Thank you to all the wonderful women that participated and made everything fall in place. I appreciate all the love and support that each and every one of you provide me not only for these events but my daily life. I will provide more details of the end results in the December Journal.

Our joint meeting (all circles) will be held in the Fellowship Hall on November 5th at 6:30pm. At this meeting, we will be installing the officers for next year and it will provide us an opportunity to gather as one unit. We will also be having a presentation from William Howard, a local 4H member, speaking on the importance of bees to our environment. Please join us for the opportunity to socialize, have fun, dessert, coffee and tea. All women are welcomed. We would love to have you.

Please make note of some upcoming events. Please let me know if you are interested and I will provide you with additional information.
